Rey, Megan, Masson, and I are praying for you and your whole family. Find comfort in the family and community who love you and keep you held up. I will be @ MD Anderson tomorrow and will try to stop by if that's okay. Love you - Laurie Bouchan

Maura and family,

We are getting updates from Matt and holding you all in our prayers. My prayer for you today is from Phillipians 4:7: (that) the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Erin, We love you and are praying for Maura and you and your whole family. I am glad SHSU is flexible and will confer Maura's degree at MD Anderson. You all need a happy moment. Love from your colleagues, Shari

Sometimes we never know this side of eternity the impact we have on others. Maura's must be apparent already, however, for the love you've received and for the University to come to her for graduation. Her sistering my kids (when they were foster kids) was a simple act of love. Simple acts are the longest lasting, no? The Bryans love all of you ... and are continuing to pray. ~ Diana

I think it's clear how impacting Maura is to everyone around her. She is truly a blessing sent from God to show us compassion, loyalty, and above all beauty. Her heart is captivating, and she is an inspiration to everyone who knows her. I will keep praying that God takes care of you in this difficult time. Maura, God is so proud of you for your strength and heart! We all love you! God bless you and your family
